We’ll look at the ecology of ancient Canaan and how it helped the Israelites build a land-based culture of relationship and responsibility: countering the culture of control in their super power neighbors: Egypt and Mesopotamia. We’ll compare their situation with our current culture to see what we can learn about our own ecology and economy.
